How do I place orders?

We assign a Sensi representative to service your account.  Generally you can either call, text, or email your rep to place orders and then they will work with you to coordinate delivery in a timely manner.

What is the minimum order?

Sensi makes it easy to start small and see how your patients like the products.  If you’re like most of our collective members, patients will fall in love with Sensi. Minimum order is only 2 boxes.

How quickly is product delivered?

Generally product is delivered 4-5 days after your order is placed. Depending on your location, representative availability, documentation provided, delivery times may vary.

Can I get help with marketing and education?

You betcha. Sensi has many helpful tools to assist you.  We offer educational materials such as Mini-Product Info Cards, a Product Guide, and “How it Works” chart.  For mass advertising we advertise monthly in many major industry publications.  For promotions and marketing we offer postcards, stickers, posters, hats, and other swag.  Contact us for more information and how to acquire these materials for your facility.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes, we’re happy to provide samples because we know once you try a Sensi Product, you’ll be thrilled with its performance.  We highly recommend that you give the samples to edibles patients, not just staff.  Sharing samples is the best way to get a real feel for how the product works, and valuable feedback from those who matter most, your patients.
